After a match has been played, a user from the home or away club can enter the scoresheet for the fixture.

Scoresheets must be submitted within 12 days of the match date. This is important: if no scoresheet is submitted within the 12-day window, the match may be marked as void, with no points awarded to either club.

Please do not leave scoresheet entry until the last moment. Enter the result from the paper scoresheet as soon as possible, including the players, rubber scores, nominated players, and an uploaded image of the completed scoresheet.

Players And Pairs

Select the players for each team in the same pairs shown on the paper scoresheet.

If a player is missing from the list, use Incomplete scoresheet and explain the issue in the comments box. For example, the player may have been registered but not yet added to the website.

Conceded Matches

If a team conceded the match, select the appropriate conceded option.

When a match is marked as conceded, you do not need to enter player pairs, rubber scores, nominated players, or a scoresheet image.

Missing Third Pair

If one team was missing a third pair, select the relevant missing third pair option.

The missing third pair rubbers will be scored automatically as 21-0, 21-0. Only one team can be marked as missing a third pair. If both teams were missing a third pair, the match could not be played and should be referred to the league admin.

Score Grid

Enter the rubber scores matching the paper scoresheet.

Nominated Players

Enter the nominated players below the score grid, matching the paper scoresheet.

Only players who have played in the match are available for nomination.

Scoresheet Image

Upload a clear JPG or PNG image of the paper scoresheet.

Please make sure the image is readable before submitting.

Incomplete Scoresheet

Use Incomplete scoresheet if you cannot submit a full scoresheet.

This may be because play stopped early, the hall closed, a player is missing from the dropdown list, or another issue prevents the full sheet being entered.

Please explain the reason in the comments section. The league fixture secretary (and committee if necessary) will review the fixture and decide how the result should be handled.

Before Submitting

Please check that:

  • The correct players and pairs have been selected.
  • The scores match the paper scoresheet.
  • The nominated players have been entered.
  • A readable scoresheet image has been uploaded.
  • Any unusual issue has been explained in the comments.

Once everything is correct, click Submit scoresheet.

After Submitting

Once a scoresheet has been submitted, it is not available for re-editing by club secretaries.

If you notice a mistake after submitting, please contact the league fixture secretary, who can review the fixture and make any necessary corrections.
