CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Acceptable badminton clothing should be worn
- A separate entry form must be submitted from each player and fees must be paid at the time of entry to:

ACCOUNT NUMBER 00329115 - Players are required to report to the tournament referee immediately on arrival. The County Association reserves the right to refuse entries
- Players must be a registered member of a club which competes in the SAWGBA (SWANSEA) League but does not have to be in any team
- Each player will be awarded a Handicap in “singles” depending on their standard. Each pair will be awarded a handicap in Doubles depending on their standard
- If the players are not known their clubs will be contacted to help with handicapping. The player/pairs will start all their games at this handicap score eg. -10 or +12 etc.
The object of the handicap is to make everyone competitive and ideally have very close games
If any player/pair wants to appeal their handicap please contact the secretary immediately after the draw.
For any player not having a partner, please indicate on the form and we will try to find a partner, but is not guaranteed.
Preliminary rounds shall be in groups. 3 games to 21, no extended play.
Winners and R/UP will then qualify for the knockout draw.
All decisions made by the referee will be final.
